Located in the sought-after location of Caringbah, the purpose-built, accessible studio apartments are located in a brand-new, three storey development, in close proximity to transport, shops, beaches, cafes and restaurants.
Designed for social housing eligible applicants and/or NDIS participants seeking independent living, each apartment offers its own private living space as well as shared, communal living spaces and on-site supports provided by Civic.
About the studio apartments
The beautifully presented apartments have been designed to achieve Platinum level certification under Liveable Housing Design Guidelines and meet High Physical Support or Fully Accessible design requirements. SDA funding is not required in order to be eligible for these vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply for this property, tenants must be:
- NDIS participants, funded for supported independent living and
- Eligible for NSW Social Housing
If you are already an NDIS participant, Civic can support in the application for NSW Social Housing.
What is SIL?
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help with and/or supervision of daily tasks to develop the skills of an individual to live as independently as possible. These are the supports provided to a participant in their home, regardless of property ownership, and can be in a shared or individual arrangement.
Assistance provided to a participant will be included as part of their plan depending on the level of support they require to live independently in the housing option of their choice.
