EMPLOYMENT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY
Civic offers a range of employment opportunities for people with disability across various locations. Employment options include administrative support such as packing, warehousing & mailing, paper shredding, or hospitality services including food preparation and barista skills training.

NDIS ASSISTANCE
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is government funding for people with disability. The funding provides supports in a wide range of areas to support the person to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals. Civic can help you get the most out of your plan.

Supporting you along the NDIS journey. Civic’s Support Coordinators have a comprehensive understanding of NDIS requirements, are highly skilled to maximise your NDIS plan, know which supports you can purchase, and have a wide network of contacts to direct you to the best supports that you need.

AGED CARE SERVICES
As a registered Aged Care provider with more than 60 years’ experience, Civic provides trusted, tailored long day and overnight respite services to aged care residents in South East Sydney. SCHOOL LEAVERS EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS (SLES)
Transitioning from the structure of school, into a work environment, can take time and a personal approach. At Civic, we offer a comprehensive School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) Program, designed to support Year 12 school leavers as they transition from school into employment.
