To celebrate our 60th anniversary, this commemorative cook book showcases the culinary talents of Civic clients and staff. Cooking takes many forms at Civic, whether formally in programs or more informally with family and friends. More importantly, clients and staff love to cook and eat together with good food, good company and lots of laughter.
Each recipe in the book was thoughtfully created from a member of the Civic family, who all share their love for cooking and fresh healthy food.
We hope you enjoy reading this book and trying out all the yummy recipes on offer.
The sweet potato cakes (page 12) and barbecue prawns (page 16) are a favourite.
