Annie Doyle
Chief Executive Officer
A management professional with more than 20 years’ experience, including the last eight years in NFP disability.
Annie encourages her team at Civic to not just think outside the box, but to challenge how we think, imagine, and navigate alternative perspectives. “Our purpose anchors us and we always have a guiding star to ensure we stay true to our moral compass.”
Annie is also known as an adventurer and keen beekeeper, giving away her delicious honey for free!

Chief Operating OfficerKate brings with her more than 20 years’ senior experience in the NFP sector.
Kate is responsible for leading discovery and innovation through human-centered design, telling the story through marketing, comms and partnerships and creating moments that matter through customer experience for people with disability.
Just as she’s recognised for her passion for work, Kate is equally known for her killer knowledge of musicals and insatiable appetite for Fishermans’ Friends.

A social impact and for-purpose professional working to build capability among teams and organisations to better achieve impact for their beneficiaries.
Dani’s expertise includes ecosystem analysis, designing to deliver social impact, corporate strategy development, facilitation and culture change projects.
Dani loves to explore big ideas for bold change, and develop realistic plans for consistent implementation.

Liz Clowes, BA, LLB (Hons)
General Manager ‑ Risk, Safeguarding & Outcomes
Liz is a senior executive in human resources and industrial relations and has extensive experience in organisation change.
Liz is an award-winning Senior Human Resources professional with an extensive background in business transformation through culture change using inclusion, employee engagement and change management across the professional services, construction, service, IT and the manufacturing industries.
Liz also takes on the role of Chair, Corporate Governance and Risk Committee, and is a member of our Quality Outcomes Committee.

Lizzy Fowler
General Manager Brand and Engagement
Lizzy first joined Civic in 2019 and has over 15 years’ experience delivering strategic marketing, communications and brand strategies for both corporate and for-purpose organisations.
As the former Director of Communications & Strategic Projects at People with Disability Australia (PWDA), Lizzy led the delivery of the Advancing Women with Disability in the Workplace project and has demonstrated experience adopting co-design approaches to project delivery.
Lizzy brings an intricate understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and a passion for supporting women into leadership roles.Â
Lizzy is a non-executive Board Director for Big Sister Foundation.Â

Kimberley Bates

Kimberley is a passionate, strategic and operational Human Resources Professional with experience working across a broad range of industries including aged care, disability, design and build, technology, retail, food manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods.
Kimberley’s expertise includes partnering with the Executive Team, Senior Managers and all other stakeholders to spearhead HR best practice and align the HR agenda to the overall business strategy whilst ensuring Leaders and the larger workforce are living our values, are aligned with our culture and are capable of delivering on business objectives.
Kimberley likes to foster and cultivate a culture of capability and innovation and whose approach has also led to proven success in driving cultural change programs.

Kim is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 15 years’ experience as a professionally trained senior finance executive, working across a number of industries during her career.
Kim is a non-executive Board Director and Treasurer for Kindred.
