Civic 2021 Impact Report

While the pandemic has dominated life for the past 12 months, we take this opportunity to look back on a year of achievements.

We are incredibly proud and grateful for the resilience and bravery of our employees, who have continued to deliver essential supports through the worst of the pandemic, continuing to support our clients to achieve their goals against this backdrop.

Over the past 12 months, we have supported more than 700 clients and 800 employees and welcomed 75 new clients across our services. In line with Civics’ commitment to grow our impact, we extended our service offerings across our concierge, individual support, and aged care services.

Throughout the year our commitment to being a voice for change continued. From displaying powerful images in the Illuminate exhibition, to highlighting issues in the roll out of the COVID-19 vaccination, campaigning for inclusive workplaces, to speaking up for those residing in shared living, and questioning the National Disability Insurance Agency in their ongoing price constraints, this year our impact, has been felt not only in our community, but across the disability sector and beyond.
