The residents of a brand-new, purpose-built home in the Sutherland Shire are searching for a fifth person to join them. 

Named ‘Streater Place’ at the official opening in March, Civic’s flagship SIL & SDA development offers independent living to individuals with high support needs. 

There are five villas sharing 24-hour on-site support. And with four residents already moved in, only one villa remains. 

Jack, the newest resident of Streater Place, recently showed us around the available villa.

With its own private entrance, this one-bedroom villa is perfect if you like the freedom to come and go as you please.  

Inside, the villa has a large bedroom, a fully accessible bathroom, a kitchenette, lounge and patio space. 

There are also shared indoor and outdoor living areas where you can pick fresh veggies from the garden or enjoy an afternoon cooking on the brand-new BBQ!
