Civic’s Board, Management and Staff are committed to quality through sound governance and management in all aspects of our service. External and internal audits are integral components of our quality management system, which is accredited to international standard ISO 9001:2015. We make effective use of standards and related compliance activities to inform good practice and improvements in services.
Civic complies with both the National and the NSW Disability Service Standards and is a Registered Community Housing Provider.
Civic Industries is an Australian Disability Enterprise.
As a registered charity, we follow best practice guidelines and abide by the requirements of the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 and Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901. Our independently audited accounts also ensure our accountability to our donors and the community – please refer to our Annual Report for more details.
